Rajapinta is a documentary about four people and their unique experiences in a water environment where they can move more freely, use their bodies and sense their surroundings exceptionally. Each of them has some disability or illness. Noora, who suffers from bone fragility, dances freely supported by the water, Tuukka, who was paralyzed in an accident, dives alongside the others, after losing her eyesight, Marina finds the freedom to control a vehicle in sailing, and Hanna’s muscle tension disappears in the ice cold water.

They bring up the importance of their own experience, boundaries and independence. Most importantly their own limits are not defined by others but are born from within themselves, their personal encounters. The film questions who has the power to decide what disabled and sick people get to experience.
